Cet article explore en d\u00e9tail ce qu\u2019est un r\u00e9servoir de GNL, les diff\u00e9rents types existants, leurs dimensions et les aspects essentiels de leur construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019un r\u00e9servoir de GNL&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un r\u00e9servoir de GNL est un conteneur sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u afin de stocker du gaz naturel \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat liquide, \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eamement basses d\u2019environ -162&nbsp;\u00b0C. Ces r\u00e9servoirs doivent maintenir le GNL \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat liquide, minimiser l\u2019\u00e9vaporation et assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 lors du stockage et du transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Types de r\u00e9servoirs de GNL<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9servoirs de GNL sont class\u00e9s en fonction de leur conception et de leur capacit\u00e9 de confinement. Les principaux types sont les suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. R\u00e9servoirs \u00e0 simple int\u00e9grit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils sont compos\u00e9s d\u2019une cuve int\u00e9rieure contenant le GNL et d\u2019une structure ext\u00e9rieure assurant un soutien m\u00e9canique et une protection thermique. En cas de fuite de la cuve int\u00e9rieure, le GNL peut s\u2019\u00e9chapper, pour cette raison, ils sont principalement utilis\u00e9s dans des applications \u00e0 plus petite \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. R\u00e9servoirs \u00e0 double int\u00e9grit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils comprennent une cuve int\u00e9rieure pour le GNL et une cuve ext\u00e9rieure pouvant contenir le liquide en cas de fuite. L\u2019espace entre les deux est isol\u00e9 thermiquement. Cette conception am\u00e9liore la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et est utilis\u00e9e dans les installations de taille moyenne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. R\u00e9servoirs \u00e0 int\u00e9grit\u00e9 totale<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce sont les plus s\u00fbrs et les plus courants dans les grands terminaux de GNL. Ils sont compos\u00e9s d\u2019une cuve int\u00e9rieure en acier nickel\u00e9 et d\u2019une cuve ext\u00e9rieure en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9, toutes deux capables de contenir le GNL ind\u00e9pendamment l\u2019une de l\u2019autre. Ils comprennent \u00e9galement des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019isolation avanc\u00e9s et une protection thermique au niveau des joints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dimensions et capacit\u00e9s des r\u00e9servoirs de GNL<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La capacit\u00e9 des r\u00e9servoirs de GNL varie en fonction de leur application&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Petite \u00e9chelle<\/strong>\u00a0: R\u00e9servoirs cylindriques sous pression, horizontaux ou verticaux, d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 maximale de 1\u00a0500\u00a0m\u00b3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Moyenne \u00e9chelle<\/strong>\u00a0: R\u00e9servoirs \u00e0 fond plat d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 comprise entre 10\u00a0000 et 60\u00a0000\u00a0m\u00b3, adapt\u00e9s aux usines de regaz\u00e9ification ou au stockage r\u00e9gional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grande \u00e9chelle<\/strong>\u00a0: R\u00e9servoirs \u00e0 int\u00e9grit\u00e9 totale dans les terminaux d\u2019importation, d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 pouvant atteindre 266\u00a0000\u00a0m\u00b3, comme ceux utilis\u00e9s dans les terminaux d\u2019Enag\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Construction d\u2019un r\u00e9servoir de GNL<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La construction d\u2019un r\u00e9servoir de GNL implique des consid\u00e9rations techniques et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 rigoureuses&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mat\u00e9riaux<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rev\u00eatement int\u00e9rieur<\/strong>\u00a0: Il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement constitu\u00e9 d\u2019acier inoxydable ou d\u2019alliages sp\u00e9ciaux capables de supporter les basses temp\u00e9ratures sans se fragiliser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Isolation thermique\u00a0: <\/strong>Des couches d\u2019isolation sont pr\u00e9sentes entre le rev\u00eatement int\u00e9rieur et l\u2019armature ext\u00e9rieure, pouvant comprendre des mat\u00e9riaux tels que de la mousse de polyur\u00e9thane, des billes de verre ou une isolation sous vide (dans les r\u00e9servoirs de type vide).
