Molgas Energy Group (parent company, subsidiaries and international investee companies) is committed to the highest compliance, ethics and sustainability standards and has become a strategic benchmark in compliance worldwide. Its standards must be complied with by all the commercial companies belonging to Molgas, according to each country’s specific requirements based on the particular legal, administrative, civil and criminal system. Compliance
In Spain, we have implemented a comprehensive system to prevent and manage legal and criminal risks at Molgas companies (our Comprehensive Compliance Model), which is regularly updated. We also have a Compliance Management System, certified according to ISO 37301, that contains all the necessary elements to keep our commercial companies operating in Spain exempt from criminal liability.
